Lexington Condo Homes is part of Lexington Commons Association
along with Lexington North Condominiums and the homes in
Lexington Commons.
The LCA is comprised of 167 homes and 192 condominiums in three geographical areas. The area south of 8 Mile is located in Wayne County; it has 61 homes and a 7 acre park. The other two areas are located north of 8 Mile in Oakland County. The area east of Taft Road has 48 homes. The area west of Taft Road has 52 homes, 2 condominium complexes and a 13 acre park.
Each condominium community operates under its own Board of Directors. The Lexington Condo Homes have 97 units with a clubhouse and an outdoor swimming pool. The North Lexington Condominiums have 95 units.
