Lexington Condo Homes is ideally located being 18 miles to Ann Arbor, 15 miles to Detroit and just minutes away from major highways, freeways and great shopping at 12 Oaks and Laurel Park Malls. We are walking distant to charming downtown Northville with restaurants, shops, entertainment and parks. Northville is home to an award-winning school system with elite athletic programs. In 2024 Northville High School won Division 1 state championships in volleyball, baseball, boys' cross country and girl's golf. The girls' golf team and boy's cross country team repeated as state champions in 2025! This success has NHS ranked as the 16th best athletic program in the nation and the only school in Michigan listed in the Top 20!
Our condos have 2 or 3 bedrooms in either a ranch or townhouse floor plan (1250 – 1750 sq ft); standard features include an attached garage, 1st floor laundry, full basement, gas fireplace and a large primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and spacious walk-in closet.
We have a lovely community clubhouse that overlooks our pool. The clubhouse is a complete entertaining environment with a kitchen, fireplace, and game room with a ping pong table. The spacious heated pool is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Lexington Condo Homes is a member of the Lexington Commons Association which also includes the houses in Lexington Commons and North Lexington Condominiums. Lexington Commons Association is run by a Board of Directors and maintains 20 acres of parks with basketball courts, baseball diamond, walking paths and play areas.
