FALL 2025 PROJECTS
The clubhouse roof has been re-shingled and shiny, new heat stacks for the furnace and pool boiler were installed, replacing the original stacks from 1973. (the heat stacks will be painted to blend into the roof in the spring) An air intake system called IntakePro was installed on the front of the roof to improve air flow in the attic since there is little room for soffit vents. Improving the airflow in the attic will hopefully extend the life of the shingles.

The pool concrete replacement project has been postponed until the Spring of 2026 due to scheduling delays.
