Pool Renovation News - The much needed repairs to the pool has begun. The pool has been drained - no more green water! The concrete has been been cut around the old, leaking skimmers so they can removed and replaced. Removing some of the coping tile has exposed the deterioration to the bond beam - this needs repair. The work will resume on 6/17. Unexpected snags have delayed the concrete deck repairs until late September. The pool renovation contractor projects the work to take about 2 weeks once he begins. Thank you for your understanding and patience; we are all looking forward to having this renovation completed and can't wait for the first swim of the season!
